Return and Exchange:
leather-icon.com provides a simple procedure for return and exchange policy. Any item can be returned within 30 days. Since we have been in this industry for quite some time; we know that most of the returns are because of the wrong sizes. It is because a medium size in America is different from the medium size in Europe. As such we would like you to go thoroughly with our size chart and order accordingly.
By using our size chart you will not only save yourself much trouble but will also be able to save on precious money. We ask our valued customers to at least double check the measurements before ordering to avoid any inconvenience. If there is not any size that matches you and your needs then do not worry and just mal us at email@example.com and you can get custom made jackets just the way you want it.
Return and Exchange Policy:
To return any item, please observe the following steps, guidelines and procedure;
· Firstly email us at [email protected] with the information about the defective piece or the item you want exchanged and get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Without Merchandise Authorization Number, please note without it, the item will not be returned.
· You will be replied with return instructions.
· Once the item is received, the company will refund or exchange the item as per customer's choice.
The item that is being returned must not be used, should be in original packaging and all the tags and labels shall not be removed.
Use insured postal service while delivering the package to us as in case of loss of any item during transit; the company will not be liable for the loss.
Customers are liable to pay for the return shipping charges but exempted in extreme cases.
Customers are returned money in the manner they had paid. For refunds the company has following choices;
· Money Back
· Discount on next purchase about 50%
· Gift Certificate that can be used for next purchase
Custom made items are nonrefundable as per company's policy. But a custom made item can be altered if required by the customer for free of cost only if the customer is willing to bear the shipment cost of both ways.
Cost of shipping will not be refunded, if the customer changes his mind during exchange procedure.
During any promotional, festive sale period, the shipping charges will not be refunded but it can be returned in case of any faulty item.
